Q: Are all your pieces handmade?
Yes! Each piece is individually hand-thrown, trimmed, glazed, and fired by me in my studio. That means no two pieces are exactly alike — small variations in size, shape, and even hues of the glaze depending on where the piece sat in the kiln are part of their charm.
Q: What materials do you use?
I use high-quality stoneware and food-safe glazes. All materials are lead-free and safe for everyday use.
Q: Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes all pieces are dishwasher- and microwave-safe. I personally microwave and dishwash my pieces at home on a regular basis and have not noticed any negative effects, but can be totally up to personal preference :)
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Most in-stock items ship within 5-7 business days. For made-to-order or custom items, please allow 4–6 weeks for creation and firing.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I ship only within the U.S. - but maybe one day!!
Q: Do you offer reduced pricing for large orders?
Yes I would be honored to accomodate a large batch order, and will happily offer reduced pricing for orders consisting of more than 48 pieces. This will required advanced lead time, but we can talk directly about what you are thinking and how we can make it work. Just shoot me a message!
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
I pack each order carefully, but if something arrives broken, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the damaged piece, and I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Q: Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade nature of my work, I don’t accept returns for change of mind, but if there’s an issue with your order, I’ll do my best to make it right :)
